Supreme / Ari Marcopoulos
For their latest collection, Supreme have asked legendary photographer
Ari Marcopoulos to open his archive and provide a selection of images
to be used as a pattern-print on a number of items.
The photos document various episodes in NYC city life during the
early 1990s as experienced by the kids who had close ties to or were
part of the original Supreme crew.
Supreme / Vans
Vans are the original skateboard shoes and even though the classic
styles have been around for decades now, their popularity has never
faded. It has also been a number of years that Supreme has worked
with the company to produce small editions of footwear to
accompany their collections using the same design elements and prints
found on clothing and accessories.
Supreme's new line of Vans Sk8 His and Eras likewise feature the Ari
Marcopoulos photo print. A three dimensional compendium of
NYC skateboarding...
Facts
The new Supreme Fall/Winter 2006 collection will be available at
Supreme stores from September 7th and official dealers in the
following months.
