I remember when this first dropped awhile ago, nobody really had a clue what this shoe was based off of. Thanks to NikeSB.org cause now I KNOW… this shoe is a design by Nike’s Midwest rep Rob Sissi and is based off the Minnesota state bird, the loon. The loon as well is the bird seen on the $1 coin of Canada. This is what a loon looks like… so you can definitely see the ressemblance.There are only about 29 pairs in existence in the world and there are no plans to release this shoe.
